If this payment schedule is not closely adhered to, the reservation will be considered cancelled. Your deposit and final payment are non refundable.

We encourage our guests to purchase "Trip Cancellation Insurance" through your insurance agent or travel agent. This policy pays all non refundable payments should you need to cancel your trip for any health related reason or natural disasters such as wildfires.

License Information

All Hunters are guaranteed to get an outfitter sponsored deer/elk combination license if you book by March 15. In the unlikely event that any licenses are left after the deadline, licenses are then issued on a first come first serve basis.

Rifle Hunters between the ages of 12-17

You must show proof of completing a Hunters Education program before you can purchase a Montana hunting license.

Archery Hunters between the ages of 12-17

You are required to show proof of both a Hunters and Bowhunters Education program to purchase your required archery stamp.

Archery Hunter 18 and older

You must show proof of a Bow Hunters education program or present any prior years bowhunting/archery stamp, tag ,permit or license from any other State or Province to purchase an archery stamp.
